Strategy
Pacific Anesthesia provides high quality Anesthesia Care to the people of Hawaii. We work as a team, leveraging the strengths of individuals members, focusing the care on the individual patient.
The Pacific Anesthesia Strategy is to:
- Focus on developing relationships with facilities (in addition to individual practitioners)
- Develop systems of care (which both improve quality and serve as a barrier to entry)
- Create pockets of specialization
- Differentiate ourselves as an Anesthesia Services Company rather than a group of Anesthesiologists, and
- Reinforce the image of superior quality and organization.
